More about this plant
Lepidium draba, commonly known as hoary cress, whitetop, whiteweed, or peppergrass, is a perennial plant species in the mustard family, Brassicaceae. It is native to Eurasia, specifically regions of Europe and western to central Asia, but has become widely distributed across the globe. The species was first recorded in the United States around 1862, believed to have been unintentionally introduced through contaminated agricultural seed or ship ballast. Since then, it has been found throughout most of the United States, as well as in Canada and parts of Mexico. Wikipedia →

How we know this (1) Methods & honest limits
A recorded categorical fact: each species is tagged C3 (standard), C4 (heat/water-efficient) or CAM (succulent, night-time CO₂ uptake) — or a facultative combination. We only show a trait card for the noteworthy C4/CAM cases; C3 is the unremarkable majority, kept in the data but not surfaced as a card.
